  1. The channel, “Let’s Game It Out” discovered that if you play online mode, you can create a second farm profile, each new farm getting $1.5 mil, and it can be transferred. Start a new farm, join it, gift your old farm all your assets, oops, guess my new farm went bankrupt, guess I’ll rejoin my old farm again. Say I got an idea to start my own farm, there’s no way I’ll make the same mistake twice. Rinse and repeat foreve, no mods required.

  2. I really don’t understand point of the gov subsidies mod. The whole point is to try and be profitable. You could be a companies that has a net profit and never know it being bailed out by gov subsidies.

  3. First at the very start you already made a few mistakes. What mode are you in easy, normal or hard? what map are you using? Where in the map are you selling theses are you using ESC or P? Loan doesn't give you extra money you owe it.

  4. I play the hard mode, where they start you with no property and $200k in debt, so I guess I'm not selling stuff to start. 😅

I do take as many contracts as I can early, and I try to match them up with whatever equipment I need to buy for the first fields I purchase. Then I'll use them as an excuse to buy the stuff I know I'll eventually need, like plows and cultivators or a small harvester. Even factoring in fuel, I think the maintenance on 3-4 contracts (depending on the size and type) comes to roughly the average rental cost of one of them. Definitely worth it for the bigger contracts, though, especially if you only have tiny equipment and you're trying to service a 10+ acre field. Can sometimes be worth hiring an AI worker for medium-to-large contracts so you can handle the smaller ones with beginner equipment on your own simultaneously, and still get a decent payout.

I really like the greenhouse idea. I hadn't explored those yet, but they don't feel too spammy compared to some of these tips.
