I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement. I'm seeking to invest $200K across markets but don't know where to start.
It’s fresh fade Monday . Do I mean stocks or haircuts ?
I got an idea. It takes copious amounts of water to support the semi conductor industry . Via their need to cool computing … long shot side play .. buy PHO. Water ETF for the long term. Look at the 5Y chart . Not too shabby
FYI…SOXX has a beta of 1.37 and standard deviation of 34.48% for the trailing three-year period, making it a high risk choice in the space. With about 35 holdings, it has more concentrated exposure than peers.
Thoughts about ETF BOTZ ?
Great stuff as always. I spent some time pondering and comparing the ETFs you discussed and just pulled the trigger on my weekly allowance on SOXQ. I like the 11% NVDA here compared to the 26% in SMH. While SMH is tempting, for me since I have a sliver of NVDA stock in my portfolio, I feel more comfy with SOXQ and the safety net it provides when one day NVDA takes turn.
what are your thoughts on Fselx? Most of money is currently in Fselx besides vti as my core. as far as semiconductors is there something better? maybe smh?
Hi since you started I follow you thanks for all .. and I want to ask you about this ETF SVOL…? Good or bad
Can you review Amazon stock
So I looked up SOXQ on Seeking Alpha and this was launched in 2021. What website did you use that showed the 5yr and 10yr results? I also checked on Fidelity and the results match Seeking Alpha's.
Moomoo's parent company is Futu Holdings Limited ("Futu"), which is headquartered in Hong Kong SAR. I'm going to pass on opening my brokerage account for a company that allows the CCP to track my finances.
What are your thoughts on ProShares Semiconductor ETF (USD). It’s up nearly 800% in the last 5 years but I haven’t seen anyone talk about it. Curious why that is.
Nvidia is doing great due to AI
I have been rocking with SCHG as my only growth ETF. Should I stick with that or try and add more growth ETFs. Right now i onlt have 3 funds SCHD SCHG and VOO. Should I expand?
Hi Professor G, any thoughts on SCHO? Schwab Short-Term U.S. Treasury ETF. I already invested in your suggested Portfolio. Thank you.
Do you recommend these for a Roth or regular brokerage?
My biggest irk with ETFs is the lack of optimization. Large changes in any given stock in the ETF can drag your portfolio down. But in general, ETF or not, I think the stock market isn't showing any sign of slowdown. Investing now instead of parking money in the bank would make thousands of dollars in ROI if done right.
PICK ONE! MGK SMH SOXX/SOXQ Q= identical to X fund but much cheaper price
Hey Nolan, are you Portuguese? I really enjoy your videos, and I really would like to invest some money on US-ETFs, is there any way to do it?
I'm impressed by the transparency and integrity of the Invixus team. It's reassuring to know that they prioritize user trust above all else.
Really impressed by Invixus, top notch project in early phase
I've been accumulating more top coins like ADA, DOT, ILV. But my biggest allocation is Invixus, which is my largest alts bag so far.
What do you think about PPA – Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF? It looks interesting 🤔
This is how to buy NVDA if you cant take risk on buying NVDA stock, lets face it anything that goes up so high and so fast is going to drop even quicker when it does. The Question is: "Can you get out before every one panic sells? " What is the sell signal?
MGK ??… Vanguard VGT is more tech/semi oriented and has outperformed MGK.
Hi! Thanks for sharing so valuable content. Does your course can be applied to European market?
This is like saying, "If you would have been the 3rd person in line at 3:18 P.M on Nov. 3rd at the little store on the corner of 4th and Martin Luther King Drive….than you could have purchased the winning lottery ticket." I don't know why people use the "If you would have invested just $10k in this or that stock on this date…than this would you would be here" analogy. Its silly. Otherwise….I really love the channel.
I believe I have settle on my 3 fund portfolio officially: VOO, SCHD and SOXQ. SOXQ being my most recent purchase and completing my 3 fund portfolio journey! Excited for the next 10-20 years!
The S&P 500 moved 8.9% higher last Month, achieving one of its best monthly performances in history.. which is an indicator for profits to continue to improve. I just want my money to keep outgrowing the inflation rate. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $500K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas…
So Soxq is to soxx what qqqm is to qqq, except soxq wasn’t made by the same company as soxx.
Does anyone have any of these etf’s in a regular brokerage account? I have qqqm in my Roth and I like it because it’s not 100% tech, but I would also like something that is more tech focused. I was looking at vgt.
What do you think of a leverage ETF as USD?
Thanks for showing the SOXQ that looks the most attractive to me.
I'm a big fan of your videos and ETF investment strategies. I was wondering if you have given any though or could make a video about what ETFs could be good potential for intraday trading if you have to buy and close their position by close of market day?
Hi there prof, i'm new in this field and i'd like to ask you how it works with these ETF's…So i buy an ETF (let's say VOO) and after that each month i buy again?…for how long?…i mean what value (5k,10k etc) should my ETF reach? Thanks for the answers.
