You still will need to pay capital gains tax and or income tax in the country you were born in. Because, you'll never be a resident in Dubai because you're not Muslim or Arab under sharia law.

The problem here Crypto has not adjusted to the local currency that is legal tender the Government and Banks may be embracing Crypto but they are treating Crypto as it is Haram or in this case illegal to use, if the global world structure made crypto legal tender with the current stablecoin market then there wouldn't be any hassle if you need a license to buy Crypto in Dubai.
The only hassle here is Passport-Driving license – Proof of Address and that is it, the retail world and the currency rate of every nation has not settled to bind crypto as legal tender for the bearer (bank terminology) that means I cannot go to car dealers and say I want to purchase this luxury car for a set dealership price in crypto, the dealer will struggle to calculate the decimal point when it comes to his or her audit.

I don’t think he said anything derogatory, I think he merely showed facts and the bigger picture of what a freer nation looks like, perhaps if we weren’t footstools for our greedy nations, we wouldn’t get so offended, I live in the so called land of the free, best country in the world , and seems far from the reality when you actually research places such as Dubai. I can’t wait to move there and use this man’s services, at this point it’s either pay the high costs or be taxed for the rest of my life in USA , and also the crypto tax is 40-60% or something crazy.
