  1. The other reason why inflation is not an issue for real estate is that your mortgage interest is fixed, and the amount you borrow does not go up with inflation. If interest rate is low enough, inflation actually reduces your debt over time.

  2. Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring…managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.1BTC to a decent 15B TC in the space of a few weeks… I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

  3. I’m 31, with 7 properties in less than 4 years.

Let me tell you guys something… Now listen to understand, don’t listen just to reply.

Real Estate Investing is fucking tough… put away all this bullshit you see on social media of “ohh just buy a property, it can pay for your car, you can be on the beach and quit your job” bullshit.

The game wants everything from you. It requires helllaaaaa grind, stress, pressure, shitty tenants, good tenants, things break down, leaky roofs, turn overs, evictions, late payments, fucking up your places, hvac goes out.

I’ve lost so much money in “CASH FLOW” however I got so much equity.. But for some reason, I’ve been able to quit my job, buy 7 houses and currently looking for buy a 4 unit multi family or a small hostel.

  4. Great video Brian!

Do you recommend transferring the mortgage to the LLC or just the deed? The video implies that the mortgage is kept in your name but I just want to be sure.

  5. Appreciate the information. I am curious though, do you censor/delete all criticism and/or dissent on your channel? I don't see one criticial or even skeptical comment here.

  6. Great breakdown. Only comment is that depreciation isn’t that the IRS thinks the value of your property is going down, that’s more so the colloquial definition of depreciation. Tax depreciation is simply just allocating the cost of the capital property over its estimated useful life, in this case it’s the purchase price of the real property.

  7. 🤔 how is stock not better than real estate?
At least you don’t have to go through the hassle of buying or selling with crazy amount of paper documents.
Plus, you can sell your stocks anytime you want .
In Canada, you can even invest into tfsa which makes them tax-free on your gains.

  8. I agree with you, but you are leaving out repairs, and expenses on the rental property. That definitely cuts into profits over the long term and requires more of an investment. Yes you can write most of that off on taxes, but it is more capital you will have tied up in the investment.

  9. Hi, Brian love your videos. Would you suggest putting each rental property in it's own LLC or is it ok to have multiple properties under one LLC? Thanks
