Just read an article put out by Business Insider saying the prices could remain very high for the next 10 years. If I were a prospective first time home buyer, I would be looking to relocate to an area that’s affordable. I grew up on Long Island, and it’s so expensive there, a good amount of people move away and continue their life in a new home.
They will dump it on the people to bail them out. 😅 Same crap as 2008. Big banks and PE will take the good and dumb the rest. All the banks that went down.Pvt equity groups came in bought the good property and left the rest for the people that will have to bail the out.
