The 3 conditions listed are very ambiguous and almost impossible to reach..I think they don’t want to open Mainnet because as of current the app is very popular and it makes them millions in ad revenues.. why would they let go.. when they lost on exchanges it is a lot of legal headache for them due to regulations…
