I just finished making the meatballs and they are sooooo good! I even used regular ground chicken meat cause i couldn't find the thigh meat and it still turned out pretty juicy too!

I haven’t tried your meal peeps but I think I’ll start because my hubby is retiring and we’ll be on the go. Meal preps will save us money and time. I would not use peanuts in pesto, in my book, the flavour just does not fit. But I like to use sunflower or even better pumpkinseeds as a less pricey alternative. Also using the leaves of rootvegetables is a great way to save money on salat and green sauces. In most gardens you also find eatable weeds that can make for one hell of a pesto.
