Trains were brought to a standstill between Willesden Junction and Richmond on the Overground and there are severe delays between Stratford and Clapham Junction due to an obstruction on the overhead wires at Willesden Junction.
There are also no services between Camden Town and Morden via Bank on the Northern Line while Transport for London fix a signal failure at Oval.
