  1. Investing in cryptocurrency have made a lot of people successful in life through forex option trade but i pray that anyone who read this because successful in life not only in life but become successful through forex option trade

  2. I use REITs, because I have a hard time dealing with REAL ESTATE. This makes my life easier to work with, but I also know I am paying significant fees and taxes in the end too.

  3. That fact that the corporate tax isn't being applied to the majority of the income makes up for the increased rate on the dividend. Also, you get 199A.

  4. I prefer Investing to Saving!!!

Anyone who is not investing now is missing a tremendous opportunity. Even in real estate, I’ve been able to build a big income stream investing with TERESA JENSEN WHITE.

  5. REITS are even better for investors from the UK as we can hold them tax tree in the USA and UK through an ISA. They are great for older investors who need a safer, higher rate of dividend.

  6. I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

    Very inspiring! I love this.

  7. Great video very informative. Its just ridiculous how our dollar gets taxed multiple times quiet ridiculous. Were not supposed too ever retire they wanna keep us slaves to the system no wonder the school system doesn't teach investing!!!

  8. I invested in REITS bc I understand Real Estate and I know the work it takes to run a rental so it made sense to me. Although they have come down a lot since then…

  9. I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me, retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income-generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45

  10. REITs are staring down th barrel of a 100% or more increase on loan interest, and that is going to make REITs a good place from which to remove your cash. The Hiilton and the Park hotels in San Francisco just were sent to bankruptcy court; a 5 several story office buidling in Portland (5 years old, and aobut 75 million in value) was just deeded back to the note holder (Goldman Sachs and Lincoln Properties owned it). And that is not even a moni=or scratch on the surface of issues all across the US.

  11. I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

  12. While my portfolio consists of reputable companies, it has experienced a lack of growth this year. Given the current inflation and depreciation of the dollar, I recently withdrew my funds from the bank. I allocated some of these funds into investments in gold and silver. Currently, I have around $560k sitting idle in my reserves that I am seeking to increase. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to enhance the growth of my portfolio.
