  1. What was that PNC cash ad before your video? I use that Bank and didn't here that right.

Isnt it silly that Im 4 months Debt free and froze my credit and my back of 14 years wont give Me a new one till I thaw my credit. But they really have been my bank since 99 but I only used a Credit Card like that last 6 Years

  2. Great tips. This is excellent financial advice. Not all debt is bad. I think business loans and mortgages can be good debt. The important thing is to have a good plan pay off debt and have a good emergency fund. The worst types of debt are credit card debt and car loans, but other types of debt can be helpful at times if used wisely.

  3. Usually a stay at home spouse contributes significantly, and replacing them can be expensive. Child care alone can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars. If you had to start paying for childcare after the death of a spouse, it could be a pricy surprise.

  4. I got behind real bad by a few months. But when I got the money I paid it in full. This happen 3 times I thought once I paid it off the remarks was taken off. I got my credit report to understand why I could not get a trailer house. This is when I found this. How can I get the reports off of the credit report?

  5. I love these tips. I really appreciate the clarification of how/when credit scores are checked and how to view debt. This is really important information and I'll be sharing this with my college age kids too. Thank you. 🙌

  6. There are jobs that pull your credit once a year or more. It is a security issue for corporations and the government. It can take a year to get a Federal Government Security clearances. Having credit and using it correctly shows stability and investment in yourself and your future.

It is essential that you check your credit report monthly. Regular accounts should be checked daily and weekly. Why? To catch incorrect information and stop others from stealing from you. Also check your county or parish for your house, cars and other registered property to ensure no claims or attempts to change the name or address without you knowing. In some states, if there are 2+ people with the same name scammers and thieves can change the address on your car, get a new title/registration and drive off with your car and then you have to prove in court it’s yours to get it back. Expensive and Crazy but true.

  7. Great tips and you really help put things into perspective especially about knowing the difference about the debt you carry and if it's making you any money.
