  1. How do you have this card 4 times? If you down grade, does that mean you have 3 other Freedom Flex's or 3 other Chase cards floating around the back crevices of your wallet? Or do you down grade one, and cancel the others as you go? Also, When do you do this? After 2 years or after the 1 year promotion is over?

  2. I applied in-branch yesterday and got approved! The in-branch offered the standard sign up bonus of $200 cash back and 0% APR PLUS 5% earnings on gas AND groceries for 12 months. This is honestly the best sign up bonus. Hands down! My understanding of the additional 1.5% is that you don’t get the $200 cash back after the $500 spend and would require too much spend to get the the equivalent of that standard $200 cash back or 20K points bonus. Go to your local Chase branch and sign up, it was worth it in my opinion.

  3. I am considering obtaining a second card in terms of a balance transfer to pay off the balance of a CC that I own. Is this a good one to go with?

  4. Hey John, your videos have been very informative in my credit card journey. I have been using my first ever Discover it credit card for over 7 months now and have a credit score of 740. Do you recommend getting the freedom unlimited as my 2nd card right away or wait until I establish a credit history for at least 12 months?

  5. Hey John! I just applied for the chase freedom unlimited and I just got it in the mail. However, I have not activated it yet. Is it too late for me to redeem your non-public offering? Please let me know! Thank you so much for your great content!!

  6. Wow, you're speaking German to me right now. The whole thing went over my head. Ecosystem pairing cards, I've no clue what you are saying.
Also, I've had like 2 cards ever! And the only reason I got the second card was because my first card had fraudulent charges. Opening 5 cards in 24 months! Whoa 😮

Btw, what do you think of the Bank of America credit card? One time they asked for a police report before they reversed fraudulent charges, even though they were made out of state! Not happy about that.

  7. Probably one of my most used cards. Sadly I can't get Chase to give me a limit higher than $500 on it despite a $16k limit on my Preferred.

  8. Is it actually required of all credit card YouTubers that they have to pretend that everyone does/needs to/or should get credit cards so they can go the Maldives or Bora Bora? Is Visit Maldives paying you guys or something?

  9. I was looking into applying for a Amex gold but that’s offering 90000 points after spending 6k in 6 months. Seeing as I most likely wouldn’t be able to get that welcome bonus would it be worth it to still get the card, or wait until I know I can get the bonus?

  10. I signed up and got the non-public sign up bonus in October of last year. I went through the $20,000 in less than five months. I wish the offer was unlimited for the first year.

  11. I got the unlimited after having the Flex for half a year, but I applied directly with Chase and didn’t get the non-public offer, any way I can still get that offer?

  12. when can I apply for a chase card after dropping under 5/24 ? I opened my Amex Blue Cash in March 22, 2022 so i should have gone under on April 1, 2024.

  13. Great video! Great content! I'm new with the Chase freedom card. After 15 months it's going to be 30%. How can I get a better rating card? I mean a better percentage card. Please respond. Thanks again

  14. No one talks about that Instacart credit. I’ve been using that thing every month. The sapphire reserve has a $15/month credit and I think the unlimited has $15/quarter

  15. I’m in the market for another card. I currently have over a 800 score. What would be some great cards for me to consider with great travel rewards? FYI I dont travel a bunch, maybe one or two trips a year.
