I personally (i have no links, not invested to big fundr) think this is better than Funding Societies since this is secured against property at 70% LTV. Unless property value in Oz plummet by >70% you will still get something back. Funding societies meanwhile are unsecured and have no incentive to do proper risk mgmt since it is just a platform and prioritises loans growth and revenue while only subpar borrowers shun by banks and FI will resort to these kind of high interest loan. In all of this there is no consideration for investors. Subpar borrowers just want the money for a "last throw of the dice" or risk folding up while FS want loans growth and revenue. You get the picture

finally one of the local investment creator decided to make an analysis about BigFundr. I had invested small amount as you did to try it out but now am looking to invest more now that the bank interest rates all crashed. dividends from blue chip stocks are about 5% with half year payout? BigFundr interest payout is monthly
Have been invested with bigfundr, receiving at least 6% p.a. interest on a monthly basis 👍. With guaranteed of principle amount plus interest, definitely better than bank saving accounts or FD. 😊
need more info like how long and when can u get to withdraw your funds and is the yield on a per day basis or need to be at least a year?
I withdrew my CPF last year and put almost all money into bigfundr since they 100% principle guarantee. This year, i already had my interest double the amount more than what i earn in my CPF account. Happy investor. Will keep investing if the interest is kept higher.

Cannot just see $32m cash balance of maxi cash leh. Shld be equity and retained earnings and what liabilities they have. Not all can be used to compensate. Did u just cleverly not show the liabilities section? If yes, disappointed in u Kelvin.. take money from big advertiser then skilfully omit some info in e video.

Invested some of my spare monies in this Bigfundr platform. The process was quite simple and fast. Approved by MAS and backed by Maxi Cash. Definitely better than the interest that I am getting from my DBS multiplier account.
This sounds similar to BrickX Australia, which involves high risk. What happens if they struggle to sell the property? You'd also be responsible for management fees.
