  1. The older i get, the less i care about people's opinions. Often in the country i live, items are not priced or incorrectly priced only for us to enter the cashier and see a prize we are not willing to spend for that particular thing. I simply put it back or have them put it back because prizing their items is not my job and neither will i be embarrased at who looks at me and think whatever they want. Yes…overeating is expensive. Microwaving is okey. Wasting food is bad. Great points, dear.

  2. I pay all my bills by the 20th of ea month, ahead. NOT on the 20th overdue. That meant that I had to catch up a whole month ahead. My mortgage, car payment, utilities are all paid on this date, and it is so satisfying.

  3. I like your suggestions. I already do most of them. May I add a couple?

Avoid using paper towels. Just use cloth napkins and wash those.

Go solar if you are a homeowner. If it’s available in your area, invest in solar panels and save on electric bills. (I pay $20.00 a month for heat/ac.)

Reuse holiday and special occasion gift bags.

Learn about amortization tables if you are a homeowner. Use it to pay off your mortgage years earlier by avoiding interest.

  4. Honestly I saw a lot of this advices to save pennies a live miserable. What about stop Amazon and subscription Amazon and door dash?. Or instead of focusing soon much on cutting pennies go get a part time job

  5. My brother a Christian was budget directo Newport News Va Thursday nite was family nite n nothing gets n way of it n they did everything together whether reading or a movie or playing board game whatever. He changed dates for 2 meetings w congressman because he said it was family nite. One authority a congressman he led to Jesus because he was near divorce n he wanted to save his family . So john told him a lit of ways to bring them together. One more saving water. Take off shower head n put a half cent washer in and screw together u save water but increase water pressure
