  1. Great great tips I would add to budget and see how much you can afford save after bills are paid and then pay your self that amount before you pay bills. Awesome video! 😁👍

  2. I started doing spending freezes; I would not purchase anything for a specified period of time. In doing so, I caused a paradigm shift in my priorities & thought patterns so much so that my lifelong spending addiction no longer has a death grip on my wallet! I am in the process of creating my vision board for 2021 & paying myself 1st every pay period is 1 of my goals! Thank you for the inspiration! God bless you!!!🙏🏾🖤🥰👍🏾👌🏾👏🏾💰🤔🤑

  3. Great video! These are all habits and mindsets that can keep us broke…I don't feel that I can afford to pay myself first right now…I am just making enough to cover my bills right now. I am trying to start a business so money is tight. Do you think this is okay? I am still trying to do the $1 savings challenge, however, to boost my emergency savings.

  4. Wow, I really enjoyed this video!! New to your channel (sent here by my sister. Hi Mell!! 🤗) and I have subscribed.

I am encouraged because I am now doing many of the things you said. Three years ago when my salary finally (!!!) got to where I could pay all my bills, I capped it at that amount. I still live off what my salary was at that time and I used every pay increase since then to pay off debt and save. Living below my means has increased my quality of life. Praise God! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

  5. These really resonated with me. I have definitely been in the position of a financial procrastinator because I felt like it was too overwhelming and didn’t know where to begin other than a traditional savings account.
Also, your point about setting specific goals is so important. It wasn’t until I created specific financial goals instead of just generic “save money, that’s good” that I’ve become so much more cognizant of where my money goes.

  6. Emotional spending for me is not buying clothes and other things, it’s hard for me to overcome of not to help my extend family in the island in DR, because my brother does not have a steady job and have three teen-Agers under 19. So I think it’s that is potentially keeping me financially underproduction.

  7. Excellent practical money tips. Being retired I really have to maintain my budget. Your presentation format and style really encourages me to strive for better money goals with focus and a purpose. Despite my past money problems the important thing is that with your inspiration i'm back on tract!

  8. Some volks have enough dinero but donot use it wisely properly one is how your automobiles are used if as I did had my own business not always done the best way to lower expenses donot get involved with the wrong volks as I did but at first well it was how to say it u can not tell right away see my past comments on things it is about paying less on dating love relations
