  10. I would like to know the future of Bhumkar Chowk when EON and WTC will become operational. Bhumkar chowk is already known for its worst traffic jams. Will there be any road developments to make situation any better?

Pune will have to come out of Smart City Project as no one is interested in development with ten years delay in Metro Rail Project in taking decision as underground/elevated Project & fifteen years delay for Airport first in Rajguru nagar as there was protest for Airport land acquisition, the same followed in Saswad, Smart City Project should be given to any other City in India who are on waiting list. Delhi should not wait any more for Pune. It should not be forced on Pune just to help Builders lobby.

  12. Its not IT park its IT building in wakad, I dont know when people of Pune will understand that IT park means it should be like yerawada commerzone were 6-8 towers are there and all commercial.
    Because this kind of development there is no DEDICATED IT park Pune except hinjawadi
